Quality control laboratories

The quality control laboratories of Iran Antibiotics Company include mechanical analysis laboratories (HPLC and GC), physical chemistry, microbiology and control during production. Quality control laboratories consist of trained personnel who are responsible for the following tasks in order to control and maintain the quality indicators of products:

1- Quality control of raw materials and packaging requirements

2- Quality control during the production process

3- Quality control and certification of manufactured products

4- Conducting tests related to raw materials and products in the process of realizing new products

5- Controlling the operation of water generators and controlling the quality (chemical and microbial) of water produced for the production process and power plant.

6- Microbial control of clean rooms

7- Making and processing "Working Standards" required by customers

8- Research related to analysis methods
